What is interactive Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy uses sound, music, and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways to improve health and wellbeing.
Interactive sound therapy combines sound healing with activities that provide deep self-reflection and social emotional learning.
interactive Sound Therapy &
Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity describes the variations of differences among human brains.
Common examples of neurodivergence include Autism, Attention Deficit Disorders, intellectual disabilities, and chronic mental health conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder.
Interactive sound therapy and meditation help to provide healthy coping skills, knowledge of the chakra system, self-advocacy skills, and social-emotional learning.
Ms. Christy is an extraordinary person & uses her unique gift to help others experience peace in what can be a very stressful & overwhelming world for neurodivergent individuals.
